Balwinder Singh is responsible for overall office operations in all aspects of human resources and office management.He has over 18 years of experience in corporate sector and rank holder from Punjab University,Chandigarh.

(Program Coordinator)

Balwinder Kaur is a post graduate and enrolled in social work from long time.After meeting with Sonia Jaiswal, she chooses to be a program coordinator with WomenCare.She oversees different programs and projects.She ensures the schedule and details of every task at best.

(Program Manager)

Rajinder Bajaj is an MBA and Post Graduate degree holder. Mr Bajaj performs a Wide Variety of tasks including supervision of all employees and external consultants, planning, administering budgets, and tracking program expenses.

(Program Consultant)

Despite a state level Chess player, Shaliza chooses social work over playing the game. Now she plays the role of a advisor and acts as a project management team leader to conceptualize quality and implement solutions.

(Legal Advisor)

An M.A English and LLB, Davinder Singh is a practicing advocate from last 15 years and shoulders responsibility quite dedicatedly as in-charge of the legal team in the WomenCare Foundation. He and his team helps NGO with advice and support related to a range of legal issues or concerns.

Mrs Parveen Bala is a Masters in Business and Economics (MBE)from Delhi University.At WomenCare Foundation she has been actively contributing towards strategic planning, program management and designing along with team development.

Rajat Tomar, based in Delhi, India,is currently a Social Media Manager at Womencare Foundation.He had brought experience from previous roles at corporate sector.With a robust skill set that includes social media, web and graphic design and more, Rajat contributes valuable insights to the WCF

Babita Rani,dedicated Program Manager for Woman Care Foundation in Chandigarh & Punjab region,driving initiatives to empower women through education, legal awareness, and economic opportunities. Passionate about community development, they lead programs that address health, safety, and skill-building for vulnerable women and girls.

Droff Jangra leads the IT team at Woman Care Foundation, specializing in website and IT services. The team works 24/7 to ensure the foundation’s technological infrastructure supports its mission, enhancing operational efficiency and outreach.
